Experience a personalized approach to wellness with Carissa through the Nourish and Thrive monthly package. You'll receive one 60-minute session, along with in-app messaging for ongoing support between sessions.

In your initial session, we will review your health history intake form to understand your unique needs and track your symptoms over time. Together, we’ll create a tailored action plan to address your concerns and support your goals.

Leadership coaching can help your team examine their weak points, build on their strengths, and gain a better perspective about how to empower themselves and the employees they lead. I work with NLP communication models as well as NLP, mindset, stress management, and life coaching tools to guide leadership teams in broadening their communication styles and finding ways to motivate themselves and those around them to show up passionately for their work.

Topics may include team building, confidence building, stress management, work/life balance, creating wellness at work, optimizing mindset, and letting go of limiting beliefs.

What you’ll get:

  • Free initial consultation to discuss goals for the company, the leadership team’s role in achieving those goals, desired outcome of the coaching container, specific topics you would like to focus on
  • Draft of potential plan for the coaching container including in-session topics and in-between session work
  • Preparation and delivery of sessions and communication between sessions
  • You will be part of the process from start to finish to ensure your goals are being met
